About the Author
Hannah Mittoo is the Co-Founder and Director of The Academy Programme, a UK-based initiative using CrossFit as an educational tool. She played a key role in piloting a 16-week CrossFit course aimed at supporting students, particularly those in or from the care system, by introducing them to sports and fitness, while also focusing on life skill development and educational opportunities.
